Flow is a Pilates based fitness and wellness studio offering multiple exercise formats that bring together mind and body. We embrace the unique needs of every student, and we will tailor an exercise program that brings you to your personal goals! We believe Pilates provides the foundation and stability necessary in the pursuit of physical fitness and overall health.

Whether you’re starting an exercise program for the first time or a seasoned athlete plagued by injuries, Pilates can help you achieve your goals. Flow offers more fitness options beyond traditional Pilates practices such as mat, reformer, avalon or cadillac practices. CoreAlign® is a program that offers great foundation building, and  core strength that aids in a multitude of fitness needs. We encourage you to explore all the mindful fitness options Flow has to offer, including our group fitness classes.

Flow offers two types of group class formats: small group fitness and Equipment classes. Both offer small class sizes to ensure the best possible fitness experience for our clients. Classes are offered throughout the week at varying times to accomodate any schedule. Early birds can take advantage of 6:00 am or 7:00 am Pilates Reformer classes that allow you to get in a great workout before your day begins.

Flow offers a healthy mix of group classes, semi private and private sessions that meet anyone’s fitness need. These include CoreAlign®, TRX, Jumpboard, Healthy Bones, Sculpt and Stretch, Exo Chair, Reformer, and dance classes.
