What is TRX®?

TRX® is revolutionary total body suspension training system, originally developed by the Navy Seals. TRX® builds true functional strength while simultaneously improving flexibility, balance, and core stability. It is adaptable to anyone’s needs and goals, from rehab to athletic performance enhancement. TRX® is an fun and efficient total body workout. With proper instruction, you can safely perform hundreds of exercises and challenge the body in multiple planes while you develop muscle endurance, improve strength and mobility.
