REFORMER CLASSES:
We are still in the process of adding new reformer classes. Please call if you are interested in joining a class.

NEW CLASSES ADDED: INTRO TO YOGA-Runs Sundays from 2-3pm. It will be a six week session for $85 a person. New session will begin towards the end of summer based on interest. Please call and reserve a spot!

PRE- NATAL YOGA- A Hatha style pre-natal class that connects each pose with breath and awareness. Class goals are improving posture, promoting concentration and focus, enhancing strength, and increasing energy level and stamina.


Flow Chicago Pilates and Yoga Studio

Flow is a fully-equipped Chicago pilates studio offering individual and group lessons in both the pilates method and yoga, as well as the Body Arts and Science International Comprehesive Pilates Teacher Training Certification Program. We occupy the upper and lower levels of our building at 2248 North Clark, with the upper level dedicated to private pilates instruction and the lower level for group classes. This space division enables us to provide a daily comprehensive offering of services and classes catering to all levels and needs. Programs includes private sessions in pilates, yoga and massage, regular group classes ranging from Pilates Fundamentals and Yoga for the beginner to advanced workouts on the ball and reformer.

Cindy Reid opened flow studio in April 2002 to expand her teaching practice of pilates, yoga, and dance-based movement and exercise. She chose the name flow because of her belief that with regular practice of pilates and yoga, the body and mind learn to flow in harmony and literally in movement resulting in fluid, efficient use of energy, and greater overall intergration and zest for life. Celebrating 5 years of operation, Cindy and all the flow instructors share a strong belief in and dedication to bringing students a higher quality of life through mindful movement training, re-patterning and enhanced overall fitness and wellness.

At our studio you will find a friendly atmosphere and a clear focus on education with individualized program design for clients and continuing workshops and training for students and fitness professionals. Our trainers are highly educated and can assist with goals ranging from pain management, core stabilization and joint mobilization, to total body conditioning for all levels of fitness including professional athletes and dancers. Our staff consults with a network of health service providers including massage therapists, pts, acupunturists, nutritionists, chiropractors and physicians to bring clients a holistic approach to wellness.
