Studio PolicIes

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations require notification of cancelation at least 24-hours in advance to avoid full charge. In the case of emergency or sudden illness, students must contact their instructor directly. Zoom session are available to those in quarantine.

REGISTRATION
Please register for group classes online, at least 1 hour prior to your class. If you need assistance with the sign-up process, please email us info@flowchicago.com. Class size is limited. Private lessons by appointment only.

PAYMENT
We accept cash, check, and Zelle (email flowchicago@hotmail.com), and Visa and Mastercards with a 2% processing fee. If you buy a class package or want to pay for privates with Zelle, just send an email to info@flowchicago.com when you send the payment and we will load your account.

PACKAGES
Class packages expire 90 days from date of purchase. Private packages do not expire.
Rates subject to change. All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Flow Studio upholds the Illinois 3 Day right to cancel statute.

Studio Etiquette

• We require socks for all Pilate sessions. Some fitness classes require clean indoor workout shoes.
• Please silence your cell phone upon arrival.
• Please avoid wearing perfumes and scented lotions. We are a fragrance-free space.

COVID POLICIES

• We require up-to-date vaccination to attend in-person classes and sessions. Please email a copy of your vax card or show at your first visit.
• If you have ANY cold or Flu like symptoms please do not come to the studio. Covid is a cold, so if you think "I might have a cold," it could actually be Covid! We can move sessions online or zoom you in for a group class (other than equipment class).
• We reserve the right to prohibit entry if we think you may be sick.
• We ask you wear a mask if you have any doubt as to the status of your health.
• If you find out you had Covid or another contagious illness while you were in the studio, we ask you contact us and let us know as soon as you find out.
