Join our team of experienced Pilates Instructors as an independent contractor or complete your practice hours for your certification training while working and learning from founder, Cindy Reid, as an apprentice student.

Interested in teaching just one class a week or more? We would love to include your fitness or equipment class on our schedule. If you prefer to organize your own private class, our downstairs studio is a great space to rent.

Flow offers a spacious, private space for Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, and other wellness professionals. Our treatment room is suitable for individual therapy and is available to rent hourly.
